AVP Crocs Tour 2009 - Panama City Beach Open - Florida allways ready for AVP event

C'est parti aussi pour l'un des plus grand circuit de Beach Volleyball du monde. Après le Circuito Banco do Brasil Volei de praia, débuté le 11 février dernier, l'AVP Crocs Tour 2009 prend ses quartiers d'été avec cette première étape en Floride à Panama City beach.

Les meilleurs joueurs et joueuses seront présents aux seules exceptions près de Kerry Walsh (future maman), Misty May-Treanor (qui récupère de sa blessure), Rachel Wacholder-Scott (même chose aussi que pour Kerry), Casey Jennings.

A noter aussi quelques petits changements dans les équipes, comme Matt Fuerbringer qui jouera avec Stein Metzger, Sean Scott qui jouera avec John Hyden alors que son partenaire 2008, Nick Lucena, jouera avec Brad Keenan (lui même ancien partenaire de John Hyden). Chez les femmes, Priscilla Lima se sépare de sa partenaire préférée, Angela Lewis qui s'associe à Alicia Polzin, Diane Pascua quand à elle, délaissée par Heidi Ilustre-Boatright qui a choisi de retourner dans son Hawaii natal (on se demande vraiment pourquoi), jouera avec Jennifer Snyder. Autres changements importants l'association entre la très expérimentée Nancy Mason et Michelle More et celle très attendue d'Angie Akers et de Tyra Turner (sur l'affiche en haut).

A noter que l'entrée des 8 premières têtes de séries se fera samedi lors du 2ème tour du Main draw (appelé Winner Bracket aux states).

The best women and men players will be present at the only exceptions: Kerry Walsh (to be mom), Misty May-Treanor (which recovers its wound), Rachel Wacholder-Scott (same of Kerry), Casey Jennings. Note also some small changes in the teams, as Matt Fuerbringer which will play with Stein Metzger, Sean Scott which will play with John Hyden whereas his partner 2008, Nick Lucena, will play with Brad Keenan (he even former partner of John Hyden).

In the women, Priscilla Lima separates from its preferred partner, Angela Lewis which is associate with Alicia Polzin, Diane Pascua when with it, forsaken by Heidi Boatright-Ilustre which chose to turn over in its native Hawaii (we really wonders why), will play with Jennifer Snyder.

Other important changes the association between very experienced Nancy Mason and Michelle More and that very awaited by Angie Akers and Tyra Turner (on the poster in the top).

It should be noted that the first 8 top teams will start Saturday at the 2nd round of the Main Draw (called Winner Bracket with the states).
