Circuito Banco do Brasil Volei de praia 2009 - 3 Etapa Curitiba - First Title this year for Renata-Val & Fabio-Marcio

Renata et Val ont mis fin à l'invincibilité de leurs ex partenaires en les battant lors de la finale de la 3ème étape du Circuito Banco do Brasil.

Elles gagnent 2-1 (11-18 21-19 15-13) après un match à la fois très tendu mais aussi spectaculaire où les 4 joueuses se sont données une fois de plus à 100%. Mais cette fois, après avoir perdu les 2 premières finales, Renata et Val semblaient ne pas laisser passer leur chance de remporter une étape.

Val confirme d'ailleurs cela : "Nous sommes entrées sur le terrain en voulant vraiment gagner ce match surtout après nos 2 défaites lors des finales précédentes. Malgré cela  nous étions suffisamment calmes sur le terrain, de plus Renata fut décisive sur beaucoup d'actions. c'est un très bon résultat mais maintenant nous souhaitons encore plus. Il faudra compter sur nous aussi".

Pour la petite finale, Juliana et Larissa n'ont pas réussi le coup de poker parfait pour le grand retour de Juliana. Elles perdent le match pour la 3ème place contre Maria Clara et Carolina Salgado 2-1, mais pour Juliana ce fut une grande victoire pour son retour de faire déjà une demi finale.

Côté hommes, ce fut le grand retour de Marcio et Fabio comme vainqueurs d'une étape brésilienne ce qui leur a permis de dédier cette victoire à leur femme respective qui sont actuellement enceinte. C'est la 4ème étape que Fabio-Marcio gagnent dans l'état du Parana.

Emanuel-Ricardo finissent 3ème sans jouer leur match du fait de l'abandon des "Pedros" dû à une entorse à la cheville de pedro Solberg en quarts de Finale.

 Renata and Val put end to the invincibility of their ex partners by beating them in the the final of the 3rd stop of Circuito Banco do Brasil.

They won 2-1 (11-18 21-19 15-13) after very tended but such a spectacular match at the same time where the 4 players were given once more to 100%. But this time, after having lost the first 2 finals, Renata and Val seemed not to let pass their chance to win a stop.

Val confirms that: "We entered on the court while really wanting to especially win this match after our 2 defeats of the preceding finales. In spite of that we were sufficiently calm on the court, moreover Renata was decisive on much actions. It is a very good performance but now we wish even more. It will be necessary to count on us aslo".

For the small final, Juliana and Larissa did not make a success of the perfect gamble for the great return of Juliana. They lose the match for the 3rd place against Maria Clara and Carolina Salgado 2-1, but for Juliana it was a great victory for its return to make a semi final already.

In the men's tournament, it was the great return of Marcio and Fabio like winners at a Brazilian tournament what enabled them to dedicate this victory to their respective wife which is currently pregnant. It is the 4th stop that Fabio-Marcio win in the state of Parana.

Emanuel-Ricardo finish 3rd without playing their match because the forfait of the "Pedros" had with an ankle injury of Pedro Solberg in quarterfinals.
