CEV Beach Volleyball 2010 - 3 great tournaments in Cyprus, Switzerland and Bulgaria

Emilia & Erika Nystrom (FIN) confirm their excellent season
by winning the tournament of Varna (BUL)
The Beach volleyball Planet was particularly prolific this week end since in 3 European countries we could attend tournaments of quality as well by the level of play as by the good organization.
First in Lausanne where the domination was Polish since on the podium we find at the first place the world champions juniors in 2007, Kadziola - Szalankiewicz and on the third the other Polish team Wojtasik - Szternel.
The Champion team Kadziola - Szalankiewicz confirms always and still that it is one of the best European teams and also world teams because in final they beat the Brazilian team Fabio Luis (Silver medal in Beijing) and Bruno De Paula (21-19 21-18).
In Varna (Bulgaria) the tournament was great also with this time a female and male tournament dominated by the Brazilian and Spanish teams. Indeed at the time of the tournament female Challenger, Brazilian Vivian - Lima did not make details against the other teams under a crushing heat beating in semi finales the spaniards Baquerizo - Liliana (21-14 21-13) and in Final the germans Borger - Büthe (21-15 21-14).
In the men tournament it is the Spanish pair n°2 Mesa - Lario which won the gold by beating astonishing Bulgares Neshev - Mitev which makes a success of a small exploit in Semi finales by winning against Plavins - Smedins.
To still finish, a very beautiful tournament in Cyprus with this time a Finnish domination in the tournament women with the Nystrom Sisters who continue their beautiful season and confirm they belong to the teams to be beaten. They beat finally the brasilian Agatha - Raquel (21-14 21-16) and that for the second time puisqu' they gain against them with the 3rd round.
On the 3rd walk of the podium one still finds a team of twin, the Bratuhhina sisters (EST).

La planète Beach volley a été particulièrement prolifique ce week end puisque dans 3 pays européens on a pu assister à des tournois de qualité aussi bien par le niveau de jeu que par la bonne organisation.Tout d'abord à Lausanne où la domination a été polonaise puisque sur le podium on retrouve à la première place les champions du monde juniors en 2007, Kadziola - Szalankiewicz et sur la troisième marche les autres polonais Wojtasik - Szternel. La paire Championne Kadziola - Szalankiewicz confirme toujours et encore que c'est une des meilleures paires européennes voir mondiales puisqu'en plus en finale ils battent la paire brésilienne composée de Fabio Luis (médaille d'argent aux JO de pékin) et de Bruno de Paula (21-19 21-18).
A Varna (Bulgarie) le plateau aussi été relevé avec cette fois-ci un tournoi féminin et masculin dominé par les brésiliennes et les espagnols. En effet lors du tournoi Challenger féminin, les brésiliennes Vivian - Lima n'ont pas fait de détails face aux autres équipes sous une chaleur écrasante battant en demi finales les espagnoles Baquerizo - Liliana (21-14 21-13) et en finale les allemandes Borger - Büthe (21-15 21-14).
Dans le tournoi hommes c'est la paire n°2 espagnole Mesa - Lario qui l'emportent en battant les étonnants Bulgares Neshev - Mitev qui réussissent un petit exploit en demi finales puisqu'ils gagnent contre Plavins - Smedins.
Pour finir encore un très beau tournoi en Chypre avec cette fois-ci une domination finlandaise dans le tournoi femmes avec les Soeurs Nystrom qui continuent leur belle saison et confirment qu'elles font parties des équipes à battre. Elles ont battu en finale les brésillennes Agatha - Raquel (21-14 21-16) et cela pour la deuxième fois puisqu'elles gagnent contre elles au 3ème tour. Sur la 3ème marche du podium on trouve encore une équipe de jumelles, les soeurs Bratuhhina (EST).
