Circuito Banco do Brasil Volei de praia 2009 - 4 Etapa São José dos campos - Premier titre pour Billy & Bruno - Primeiro titulo para Billy & Bruno

Une 4ème étape du Circuito Banco do Brasil Volei de Praia gagnée par une équipe un peu "française" Billy & Bruno Scmidt.

En effet cette équipe, qui faisait partie du Montpellier Beach Volley et qui a participé à des étapes du France Beach volley Tour en 2008, a remporté cette étape de Sao Jose dos Campos en battant en les médaillés d'argent olympiques Marcio-Fabio.

A priori on aurait pu imaginer que la finale aurait pu être désiquilibrée. D'un côté Marcio-Fabio qui ont à leur actif, 450 victoires ensemble, 11 titres du Swatch FIVB World Tour ensemble et 1 titre de Champion du monde en 2005 et de l'autre Billy-Bruno ensemble depuis 2006 mais ne remportent qu'un tournoi satellite de lausanne et terminent 2ème sur l'étape de Kristiansand.

Mais depuis la reprise de la saison 2009, voilà que Billy-Bruno Schmidt collectionnent les podiums avec une 3ème place lors de la 1ére étape de Camboriu et une finale lors de la 2ème étape de Santa Maria ce qui les classent dans le top 4 brésilien.

En Finale ils ont d'ailleurs montré à quel point il fallait compter sur eux cette année avec un Billy excellent au Block et un Bruno Schmidt qui du haut de ses 1m85 a réussi a dominé les 2m04 de Fabio luiz.

  The 4th stop of the Circuito Banco do Brasil Volei de Praia won by a "french" team Billy & Bruno Schmidt.

Indeed this team, which belonged to Montpellier Beach Volley and which took part in stops of the France Beach Volley Tour in 2008, won this stop of Sao Jose dos Campos while beating the Olympic silver medals Marcio-Fabio.

From one side Marcio-Fabio which has with 450 victories together, 11 titles of Swatch FIVB World Tour together and 1 World championship in 2005 and the other side Billy-Bruno together since 2006 but with only winning a satellite tournament in Lausanne and finish 2nd on the Kristiansand stop.

But since the starting of the season 2009, Billy-Bruno Schmidt collect the podiums with one 3rd place at the 1st stop of Camboriu and a final at the 2nd stop of Santa Maria what classify them in the Brazilian Top 4 .

Finally they have shown for which point it was necessary to count on them this year with excellent Billy at the Block and a Bruno Schmidt who the top of his 1m85 succeeded dominated the 2m04 of Fabio luiz.
