Swatch FIVB World Tour - Sanya Open - Main draw day for Men and Qualification for Women

Chaleur et humidité sont au rendez-vous de l'étape chinoise. Des ingrédients de plus pour rendre l'Open de Sanya encore plus intéressant malgré l'absence de plusieurs grosses équipes.

Dans le tournoi Hommes ce sont les équipes chinoises qui gèrent le mieux la combinaison Chaleur / Humidité / Nouveau Ballon Mikasa.

Wu - Xu qui rejouent ensemble pour l'occasion et P.Gao - Li ont gagné leurs matchs facilement même si dans l'absolu leurs adversaires étaient moins forts.

Mais l'équipe qui a le plus impressionné aujourd'hui c'est l'équipe espagnole Herrera - Gavira qui continue a faire une excellente saison et qui se place désormais comme un des favoris incontournable du circuit comme en témoigne leur 3ème place au Swatch FIVB World Tour 2009.

Bon tournoi aussi pour les Ces Brothers qui ont gagné leur 2 premiers matchs face aux japonais et à d'autres Brothers mais cette fois-ci italiens les Ingrosso Brothers.

A noter que dans le tournoi de qualification femmes la principale surprise est arrivée des japonaises Ozaki-Kusano qui ont réussi à sortir au 2ème tour les Championnes d'Espagne Liliana-Baquerizo.

Les jeunes italiennes Cicolari - Menegatti se qualifient une fois de plus pour un Main draw, aux dépens de la nouvelle association française Giordano-Hamzaoui, prouvant qu'il va falloir dorénavant compter sur elles.

In the Men tournament they are the Chinese teams which manage best the combination Heat/Humidity/New Mikasa Ball.

Wu - Xu which play together again for the occasion and P.Gao - Li won their matches easily even if, in absolute, their adversaries were less strong.

But the team which impressed today the most is the Spanish team Herrera - Gavira which continues has to make an excellent season and which places from now on as one of the favourites impossible to circumvent as to them 3rd place in Swatch FIVB World Tour 2009 testifies.
Good tournament also for The Ces Brothers which won their first 2 matches against Japanese and the other Brothers but this time Italian, the Ingrosso Brothers.
It should be noted that in the Women qualification tournament the principal surprise arrived from the japanese team Ozaki-Kusano who succeeded in leaving to the 2nd round the Champions d' Spain Liliana-Baquerizo.

The Italian young team Cicolari - Menegatti are qualified once more for a Main Draw, at the expense of the new French association Giordano-Hamzaoui, proving it henceforth will be necessary to count on them.
