In the women tournament, Brasil will play in Final against the Galindo sisters from Colombia who will be supported by all the country. In the semi finals the Colombian team won easily against Venezuela and Brasilian team, Fabiane Boogaerdt - Julia Schmidt too against Argentina 2:0 (21-16 21-16).
In the men tournament the most spectacular game was played between the Grimalt brothers from Chili and the Ecuadorian team Bardales Gar/Maldonado Qu. After 1h05 it's finally the team from Ecuador who won 2:0 (21-19 23-25 15-12).
