Hot games dominate the Brasilia Open in the Women and Men tournament. The first stop of the Swatch FIVB World Tour 2010 is a great Beach Volleyball moment with many high level spectacular plays.
In the women tournament the fifth place of Emilia and Erika Nystrom (FIN) and Brooke Hanson - Lisa Rutledge (USA) is a great performance that predicts a great 2010 Beach Volleyball season.
The final will be the revenge of the 4th round match beetween german team Laura Ludwig - Sara Goller and Larissa - Juliana from Brazil. Ludwig - Goller beat the brazilian N°1 team 21-18 26-24 due at a great defense and a very stable play.
For sure Larissa - Juliana will want to take their revenge in final game as much they will play in front of their public.
In the 3rd place match World Champions 2009, Kessy - Ross, will play against the brazilian team Maria Clara - Carolina Salgado who played a good tournament.
In the Men tournament, Brazilian teams still at the top with a 4th round hot games and a big surprise coming from Benjamin - Bruno who won against the N°1 team in the Brazilian Tour Thiago - Cunha.
Note the game beetween the olympics gold medallists and ex partners Emanuel and Ricardo. Emanuel with his young new partner Alison won against Ricardo - Pedro in a high level match 2-0 (21-13 23-21).
Olympics Champions Dalhausser - Rogers (USA) and 2009 World Champions Brink - Reckermann (GER) will play saturday on the contender's bracket and the winner will qualified to play against Ricardo - Pedro for a semi final place.
